Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates
"Pilates is intended to improve flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance in the entire body."
Pilates Clases are held on Monday evenings at 5:30 - 6:30pm and Thursday 5 - 6pm for newcomers and 6 -7pm for the more experienced
The classes are conducted by trained Pilates Instructors and currently the charge is £9 per 1 hour session.
